This Clockworks Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how Clockworks Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Clockworks,” “Company,” “we” or “us”) collects, uses, shares/transfers, stores/retains and otherwise processes information (including personally identifiable information and personal data) from users of our web sites (collectively, the “Sites”), applications (the “Apps”), and other workflow automation solutions (collectively with the Sites and the Apps, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy applies to each of (i) visitors to the Sites and users of the Apps (collectively, “Visitors”), (ii) individuals or entities who either create an account on the Sites or in the Apps (“Account”) and thereby accept this Privacy Policy or otherwise contract for any of the Services directly with Clockworks by entering into a written customer agreement, order form or other contractual document signed by an authorized officer of Clockworks (a “Customer Agreement,” and such individuals or entities who create an Account or enter into a Customer Agreement being referred to herein as “Customers”), (iii) natural persons who are designated by Customers to use the Services on their behalf and under their Accounts (“Authorized Users”), and (iv) natural persons who Customers or Authorized Users designate to receive communications from all or a portion of the Services (together with Authorized Users, “Users”). Visitors, Customers, and Users may be referred to in this Privacy Policy as “you” and “your” as applicable.
You have choices about whether you visit our Sites, install our Apps, or use our other Services. You also have choices with respect to what information you provide, however, if you do not provide us with certain information, you may not be able to use some parts of the Services.

Information You Provide.
You provide us with information about yourself when you use our Services, including when you:

- Create, modify, or engage in a workflow
- Create or edit your User profile on the Services

The information you provide includes, but is not limited to: name, position, email address, mailing address, phone number, billing information, work address, organizational structure, operational business data, business logic information, and user information relating to integrations with third parties (for example, API keys).

Information We Collect Automatically.
We automatically collect information from you and your devices when you use our Services, even when you visit our Sites, download our Apps or use our other Services without logging in.
The information we automatically collect includes, but is not limited to:
- IP address
- Precise geolocation information (based on permissions from your mobile device or browser)
- Unique device identifiers and device attributes, like operating system, mobile phone or tablet model, and browser type
- Usage data, such as: web log data, referring and exit pages and URLs, platform type, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages and content viewed and the order of those pages, the amount of time spent on particular pages, the date and time you used our Services, the frequency of your use of our Services, error logs, and other similar information
- We use cookies, which are text files containing small amounts of information that are downloaded on your devices (“Cookies”), or related technologies, such as web beacons, local shared objects and tracking pixels to store information on and collect information from your devices. This information includes, without limitation, your preferences, your username, and information about your browsing activity both on and off our Services.

Information We Collect from Other Sources.
We may collect information about you from others, such as:
- Third-Party Sources. Examples of third-party sources include marketers, partners, researchers, affiliates, and others where they are legally allowed to share your information with us. For example, if you register for our Services on another website, the website may provide your information to us.
- Analytics. We use services like Google Analytics. They use cookies and related technologies to gather usage data and help us learn how people use our Services, such as the pages they visit on our Services and for how long and the websites or pages they were on before coming to our Services.
- Ads for our Products and Services. We may also use services, like Google, AdRoll, and Appnexus, to serve tailored ads about our products and Services to you on our Services and elsewhere. We may aggregate the information we collect or remove pieces of information (“de-identify”) to limit or prevent identification of any particular person or device. This Privacy Policy does not apply to our use of such aggregated or de-identified information.

In general, we collect, use and store or process your information to provide our Services, to fix and improve them, to develop new services, and to market our Services. Here are some examples of how we use the information we collect:

3. Information Sharing
We do not rent, sell, or share your information with third parties except as described in this Privacy Policy.
We share information with the following categories of third parties:
- Service Providers. We share your information with other companies we use to support our Services. These companies provide services like payment processing, bill collection, fraud detection, analytics (as described above), and customer support. Our service providers promise to safeguard your personal information and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

If you are a Customer or User of our Services, or if you have engaged in transactions with us, we may continue to send transactional or relationship messages (e.g., workflow related notifications, billing notifications, etc.) after you opt out of marketing messages.
- Cookies and Other Related Technology. You can choose to decline cookies through your browser settings. However, if you decline cookies, you may not be able to use some parts of our Services.

6. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not designed for and are not marketed to people under the age of 18 (“minors”). We do not knowingly collect or ask for information from minors. We delete information that we learn is collected from a minor without verified parental consent. If you are a California resident, you may ask for a list of third parties that have received your information for direct marketing purposes during the previous calendar year.
